- Closing customer contracts and introducing new products to clients.
- Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Handling Client queries and provide solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build and Manage relationship with various clients, manage multiple priorities, and resolve conflicts. Cementing healthy business relationship.
- Secure profitable business as well as new business tie-ups with the corporate.
