Help Desk

Ample logic provides an option to all domain users for generating a request for reset password/unlock account. By using self-service portal all domain users will be able to reset /unlock their account without any help desk user support. In case domain users are not able to access their self-service features reset password and unlock account by using self-service portal, they can generate ticket. Once users generate their ticket/request by using help desk portal administrators can resolve user ticket/requests.
