Help Desk

All domain users can generate a request for a password reset/unlock request using AmpleLogic, which is available to all domain users by default. All domain users will be able to reset/unlock their accounts without assistance from the help desk by utilizing the self-service portal. Customers cannot utilize the self-service site to change passwords or unlock accounts if the domain is involved; however, they can create a support request instead. When users utilize the help desk interface to create a ticket or request, administrators can respond to such tickets or requests.
