Position: International Sales Manager
Prospecting and Acquire New Business from US and European Markets.
Educational Qualification: Graduate or MBA
Experience Details: 8-12 years
Desired Profile & Required Skills: Inside Sales, Business Development, Ability to present Technical Demo’s.
- Detailed understanding on Amplelogic Product Portfolio and the Target customer Segment department wise.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Coordination with the delivery teams in case of any customer’s expecting any technical clarifications.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Detailed Analysis on Opportunity Loss and how to overcome this by doing Competitor analysis for each product and suggest management on the Product Features Enhancements.
- Managing Customer Referrals.
- Be an SME and Handle the Product Demo’s.
- Make sure the Customer Satisfaction levels are 100%. Incase of any escalations from customers, discuss the same with delivery team and make sure it’s addressed. Any challenges immediately escalate to Management.
- Share the customer success stories, contribute in preparation of marketing collateral to help marketing team.
- Participation in Tradeshows and Seminar’s.
- Accompanying Customer’s during the Audits.
- Visit existing customers in order to mine new opportunities.
