We are Hiring for SEO Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Own technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and schema
  • Lead keyword research and search intent mapping for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content
  • Collaborate with content, product, engineering, and growth teams to optimize pages and launches
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, blogs, and solution pages for conversions and rankings
  • Drive link-building and digital PR strategies focused on authority and relevance
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and create actionable insights
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and pipeline impact
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices
  • Mentor junior SEO specialists or content team members as the team scales

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and qualified leads for SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimization
  • Experience working with large-scale websites and complex site structures
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4)
  • Ability to connect SEO performance with business metrics (leads, MQLs, revenue)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international SEO or multi-language sites
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Headless CMS)
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX principles
  • Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) or enterprise SaaS
