Innovation in Action
AL Ideathon 2024 was a one-day event that gave pharma professionals a platform to share solutions to real-world challenges in manufacturing, quality, and compliance.
From 544+ idea submissions, 14 teams pitched live to a jury of senior pharma experts, with ideas spanning AI, RPA, MES, LIMS, QMS, and operational transformation.
Guest of Honor
Dr. Satyanarayana Chava is the Founder and CEO of Laurus Labs Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company established in 2005. With over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has driven Laurus Labs’ growth both domestically and internationally. Dr. Chava has a strong background in research and development, particularly in active pharmaceutical ingredient process development and intellectual property, with over 150 patents to his name. His prior roles include serving as Chief Operating Officer at Matrix Laboratories Limited, as well as holding key positions at Ranbaxy Laboratories, Vera Laboratories, and Vorin Laboratories.
