Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for enterprise software solutions, with a focus on the life sciences and pharmaceutical domain. This role will focus on generating and qualifying leads across domestic market markets, particularly North India.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, industry databases, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation tools.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of interactions and pipeline.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. - Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market insights to refine lead generation strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with the life sciences / pharma industry is a plus (not mandatory).
