We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on international markets, specifically in the North American and EMEA regions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive SaaS product sales in international markets, focusing on North America and EMEA regions.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales activities, including managing incoming leads, as well as prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently qualifying and nurturing leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored value propositions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with lead generation and marketing activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inbound leads, converting them into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate and timely information.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets through both inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in International Sales, with a strong focus on SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of success in both inbound and outbound sales, particularly in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of the North American and EMEA markets, including buyer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
