Sr .net Developer
The Senior Developer will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality software solutions, providing technical guidance to team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and BA’s, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions to ensure best practices and maintainability of codebase.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to enhance the development process and improve product offerings.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
